Topacio Fresh nació en Rosario, Argentina, en 1973, y comenzó a a ser reconocida en España a través del grupo Fangoria, puesto que era una de las bailarinas del grupo durante las giras.
Topacio Fresh destaca por su trayectoria como galerista de arte. Junto a su marido Israel Cotes, fundó La Fresh Gallery, en Madrid, en 2008, un espacio dedicado al arte más underground y emergente. Ella lo define como un lugar «dinámico, vivo, arriesgado y versátil», desde el que dar visibilidad a nuevos artistas en «condiciones óptimas de ejecución y divulgación».
La Fresh Gallery expone pintura, dibujo, fotografía y otras fórmulas multidisciplinares del arte contemporáneo, siempre, según sus palabras, con el filtro más exigente, buscando jóvenes con talento aun sin cerrar la puerta a otros artistas más consagrados. En la actualidad la galería mantiene un formato únicamente online.
