Topacio Freshio Rosarion jaio zen, Argentinan, 1973an, eta Espainian Fangoria taldearen bidez hasi zen ezagun egiten, biretan taldeko dantzarietako bat baitzen.

Topacio Fresh arte-galerista gisa egindako ibilbideagatik nabarmentzen da. Israel Cotes senarrarekin batera, La Fresh Gallery sortu zuen Madrilen, 2008an, arte underground eta azaleratuenari eskainitako gunea.
