Lara Seixo harro dago bi kultura eta ohitura ezberdinen artean hazi delako, Arkitektura Lisboan eta Bartzelonan ikasita. Bere bizitzan zehar, jakin-min etengabeari eutsi dio, eta, horren ondorioz, hainbat arte-eremu aztertu ditu, batez ere hiriko artea. WOOL | Arte Urbano de Covilhás, FAZUNCHAR, Cuaderno de Trabajo Cuarentena, ESPORO | Dibulgazio Kultural eta Artistikoa edo LATA 65 – Adinekoentzako Hiri Arteari buruzko Tailerra bezalako proiektuak sortzera eraman zuen.

“No ter lata” hitzak “lotsarik ez izatea” esan nahi du portugesez. Eta hori da, hain zuzen ere, Lata 65 proiektuko kideek falta dutena. Zahartze aktiboan oinarritutako ideia iraultzailea da, adinekoak gazteenei oro har lotuta dagoen adierazpen artistiko batera hurbiltzean datzana: kaleko artera.

Bere sormen lanaz gain, nazioarteko izen handiko proiektu artistikoak komisariatu eta ekoiztu ditu, hala nola TOUR PARIS 13 eta DJERBAHOOD, baita erakusketak eta kultur ekitaldiak ere Portugalen. Alderdi horiek guztiak kudeatzeko, MISTAKER MAKER | Esku Hartze Artistikorako Plataforma sortu zuen 2014an, komunitateei eta lurraldeei balioa erantsiko dieten produktu artistikoak sortzeko xedea duen erakundea.

Gaur egun, artearekin eta kulturarekin lotutako hainbat lantaldetan parte hartzen du, hala nola Periferias Centrais, Red Iberoamericana de Arte Urbano eta El Cubo Verde.
